§ 1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ('Regulations') govern the use of the online platform available at artisancanvas.com ('Platform'), provided by Artisan Canvas Collective Inc. ('Service Provider'). These Regulations define the rights and obligations of Users as well as the Service Provider.
The Platform is an online portal dedicated to art, design, and creative culture. Use of the Platform signifies acceptance of these Regulations in their entirety. Users who do not agree must cease using the Platform.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Regulations at any time. Users will be informed of any changes through a notice on the Platform's main page. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
All content published on the Platform, including texts, graphics, and logos, is protected by copyright law and is the property of the Service Provider or its licensors. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

Platform – An online service at artisancanvas.com, offering content related to art, design, and creative culture.
User – Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform, whether as a guest or a registered member.
Account – A personal profile created by a User upon registration, allowing access to additional Services and features.
Services – All services provided electronically by the Service Provider via the Platform, including content access and newsletters.
Regulations – This document, specifying the terms and conditions of using the Platform.

The Service Provider offers free access to a portion of the Platform's content. Access to premium content, an ad-free experience, and other exclusive features requires the creation of an Account and the purchase of a membership subscription.
The Platform also provides a newsletter service, which Users can subscribe to voluntarily by providing their email address. Subscription to the newsletter is free of charge and can be terminated at any time.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any technical issues or limitations in the User's equipment that may prevent them from properly using the Services. The User is solely responsible for their internet connection.
The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend parts of the Services for maintenance, development, or other operational reasons without prior notice to the Users.

To use the Platform, a User must have a device with internet access and a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari) with JavaScript and cookies enabled. The Platform is designed to work on various devices.
The Service Provider does not guarantee compatibility with all hardware and software configurations. Users are responsible for ensuring their system meets the minimum requirements.
For the best experience, Users should maintain an updated browser and operating system. The Service Provider is not liable for issues arising from outdated software.

The User agrees to use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and these Regulations. The User shall not provide content of an unlawful nature or engage in activities that could disrupt the Platform's operation.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. The User must immediately notify the Service Provider of any unauthorized use of their Account.
All intellectual property rights to the content on the Platform belong to the Service Provider or third parties. The User may use the content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use is prohibited without prior written consent.
Users are prohibited from using automated scripts, bots, or other software to access, collect data from, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a way that could impair its performance or security.
By creating an Account, the User confirms that the information provided is accurate and current. The User agrees to update this information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

Any disputes arising from the provision of Services under these Regulations shall be resolved by the competent court for the Service Provider's registered office. The governing law shall be the law of Canada.
If any provision of these Regulations is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
